Seating at The Fillmore Charlotte
The Fillmore Charlotte is a 2,000-capacity live music venue at 820 Hamilton Street, Charlotte, NC 28206, part of the AvidXchange Music Factory complex. The venue features:
- General Admission Floor: Standing room for most shows — first come, first served
- VIP Club Area: A private section with dedicated amenities available as an upgrade
- The Underground: A smaller companion venue located right next door
- Upgrades Available: Fast Lane entry, Pre-Show Passes, and VIP Club Access can be purchased separately
Cashless payments are used at all points of sale. Water refill stations are located throughout the venue.
Parking at The Fillmore Charlotte
The Fillmore Charlotte is located within the NC Music Factory / AvidXchange Music Factory complex. Parking is available in the lot across the street from the venue.
- General Parking: NC Music Factory parking lot across the street, past the AvidXchange parking deck
- VIP Parking: Reserved lot next to the parking deck — opens after 5 PM, must be purchased in advance via fillmorenc.com
- Accessible Parking: Available throughout the NC Music Factory complex; accessible placard required
Rideshare drop-off and pickup is available in front of the main entrance on Hamilton Street. We recommend arriving early as parking can fill up on busy show nights.
